NutrisultsCommunity brings together women who want to value their health and prioritize their wellness to build the practices and habits that make self-care their #1 priority, so that we can experience less pain and less stress, get better sleep, feel great in our bodies and love who we see in the mirror.

Our community is a tribe of holistic wellness enthusiasts and we believe that health is a state of body and that wellness is a state of being.

Humans are spiritual beings in physical bodies. And just as we must remain connected to our spiritual beings, we must take good care of the bodies we live in.

Wellness is our birthright.  We must remember this and live by this.

Each of us are powerful beings. We have the capacity to do, be and create anything that we want.

We all have gifts and passions that must be shared with the world.

Our community members experience increased joy, energy, vitality and creativity, improved life balance, more career satisfaction, better relationships and overall happiness.

If you choose to take one of the 6-week wellness courses, you will have weekly opportunities to participate in Office Hours, which are live, group Zoom calls with a seasoned Holistic Health Coach, so you can get your questions answered and receive support towards achieving your health goals.

Participating In Fitness and Wellness Classes and Events

Get easy access to virtual fitness and wellness classes to help you stay consistent with your movement practice, reduce your chronic pain and improve your mental and emotional well-being.  You'll also have weekly opportunities to participate in interactive, live interviews, master classes and special events with experts in the health and wellness field.

Hey! I'm Mishra Keller, your wellness cheerleader and Holistic Health Coach

15 years ago I became very disillusioned by the corporate world. I dreamed of creating my own company filled with things that I was passionate about. While working in a chiropractic office, I became aware of the body’s constant strive for balance; how it creates disease and possesses the power to heal itself if obstacles are removed and given the right environment. This experience inspired me to pursue a career in the health and wellness industry. After enrolling at the Institute for Integrative Nutrition, I sat down to put on paper my vision of the company I wanted to build, and Nutrisults was born. And we're still here, 12 years later, after many incarnations brought on by moving to the Chicago area, various partnerships with wellness companies and having 2 beautiful girls. Today, Nutrisults is a boutique, holistic wellness company made up of a community of wellness-minded people who come together to do master the art of self-care by building practices and habits that make our self-care #1 priority. We utilize a personalized and fun approach to food and lifestyle choices that includes POUND Fitness classes, MELT Method classes, Arbonne vegan and non-toxic wellness products, wellness travel and self-care retreats. And now with the addition of the NutrisultsCommunity, it is  becoming that vision that I had so many years ago, and even more.
